Lets waste no time and kick this year off right! As you know, Huckin Huge
hosts an array of amazing footage, stories and info.....but it is winter.
And the Huckin Huge team hasn't boated since the First Descent of Poland
Creek (earlier December, update coming soon).  So we hesitantly turned
to some stock footage that we deemed "Not - Good - Enough" for the
public.  Boy were we wrong.  Huckin Huge uncovered some past footage
of Big Timber Creek, MT, from the summer of '05.  Every clip we were like,
"Holy s@#t!  AAaahhHH!!! Damn, did you see that!!!"  and threw it
together for the first video post of 2008!  Enjoy everyone!
Huckin Huge - shoutoutz to StonyBoater, check 'em

On December 7th 2007, the Huckin Huge team embarked on one of the
most anticipated First Descents the Southwest has seen in a while.  Two
days later they came out with stories of huge falls and drops in a remote
granite canyon.  Cody Howard, Bret Howard, Mike Fisher, Ryan Fair and
Aaron Riding completed the First Descent of the South West's newest
steep creek destination.  Although only prepared to do in a day, they
unfortunately had to spend an extremely cold night under a shelter built
of Cacti and Grass.  Since this descent, the only thing the boys can talk
about is how sick it really was in there.  Mike Fisher wrote a story for
Kayak Session Magazine and they have featured it on their site.  Enjoy the
story, pictures and short teaser...the team is itching to get back in there!
Look for the footage of this First Descent in The Risen Sun

Meet the newest member of Team HH.  Pro Kayaker, Harlan Taney.  A resident of
beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, Harlan has been firing up some new runs and traveling
the globe in search of huge whitewater.  His enthusiasm for first descents has taken
him around the world.  In fact he has explored and nabbed 1st Descents in China,
Tibet, the Philippines, Norway, Arizona and Utah. "i'm stoked to be part of the team"
Having started boating with the Huckin Huge team, he has shown up and gone big
every time.  Along with being an addition to the teams short list, he has also been
signed on board as a fellow cinematographer for
The Risen Sun.
